kiwi” philosophy is to ensure we are identifying and managing the risks that can stop our customers and
colleagues achieving great outcomes. This role is a leadership role within the Customer Risk function
(Retail, Business, Product, Finance and Enterprise Operations) to ensure that the risks to Kiwibank and its
customers are proactively managed. We are on a risk transformation journey and a big part of the role

We have some great tools that have been built and these need to be embedded and fully adopted
across the enterprise.

priorities across their areas of accountability. These stakeholders will look to you and your team to keep
