Permanent role, full time. Based in Wellington.
Our education sector client is looking for a passionate and experienced Change Manager to join their growing Change Practice.
Focusing on the people aspects of change, you will be working alongside other change managers, change analysts and project managers to build change capability among leaders and to deliver on a multi-year digital transformation programme.
After being assigned to one of the major projects, you will be responsible for creating the change, communications, and training plans, as well as managing stakeholder engagement and advising the business on matters of readiness, risks and benefits realization.
A fantastic relationship builder, you will have extensive experience in Change Management and the ability to provide senior level strategic and operational advice.
The key requirements of this role are:
- Change management certification (desirable)
- Extensive knowledge, operational application and demonstrated experience using Change Management tools, frameworks, and practices
- Successful experience in the delivery of people, process, and technological change
- Outstanding people and communication skills including the ability to adjust to different audiences
This is a permanent role due to the size and scale of the work programme. It would ideally suit a change practitioner who wants to help create sustainable, organization-wide change and who wants to see the impact and benefits of this first-hand.
