Our whānau are looking for a mana Tane or mana Wahine with strong skills and a passion in Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori, to join our team as a Kaiāwhina Whakarite – Office Administrator . We are a proud Māori owned recruitment agency passionate about supporting better opportunities for Māori and are looking for a new kaimahi responsible for our administrative area.

You will be the first face seen at the door! You must be an awesome communicator, who is a natural connector with a strong interest in growing stronger, more representative, and inclusive organisations. You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, the confidence and ability to interact with senior professionals and clients and have fantastic time management skills with an ability to multitask. You will have a keen interest in promoting Māori aspirations and it would be awesome if you enjoy working with new technologies.

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi kaitono, kei a ia:

  • Completion of NCEA Level 2 or above
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Te reo Māori
  • Basic to Intermediate Administration skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook
