Principal Analyst - Vetting & Verification

About the role

A key focus of the role is to enable employment-related government agencies to meet obligations and responsibilities under the Fair Pay legislation and the Employment Relations Act. The Principal Analyst will mitigate process and relationship management issues as they arise and will be recognised across, and sought out by, internal and external stakeholders as a leader in their area of expertise.

About you

• Legislative knowledge and expertise, specifically in the practices of employment law (or comparable) and statutory decision-making processes.
• Communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information in plain language.
• Ability to identify and help manage risk in a sensitive environment.
• Build and draw on collaborative networks to deliver high quality project outputs.
• Experience in operational policy design, practice frameworks and business processes.
