Key Requirements

  • A strong HR generalist with broad experience including exposure to employment relations.
  • Ability to build and foster strong working relationships.
  • A desire to grow your leadership skills with opportunities to mentor and coach advisors and administrators
  • Ability to influence, advise, and support leaders with critical decision making and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant HR related software.
  • An understanding (or an openness to developing an understanding) of the Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to the work of government departments.
