Help make strategic investment decisions that affect the way Aucklanders use and participate in their recreational spaces.
This is your chance to lead on complex policy issues through analysis, problem solving and providing evidence based solutions. You get to drive the strategic level policy agenda and set the teams direction. You will engage with a diverse range of community stakeholders, mana whenua, internal stakeholders and the Senior Executive.
You’ll be developing frameworks and cases for investment that help improve the lives and living standards of Aucklanders. So you’ll need to use your advanced writing, strategic thinking, analytical and research skills.
You’ll be joining a small friendly team that has a reputation for delivering quality policy advice within a highly complex organisation. You will be able to utilise your mentoring skills to grow the overall capability of the team.
This is an opportunity to grow your leadership skills while working on issues that have a long term impact on the wellbeing of Aucklanders.
