Legal Executive (Property Finance), 2+ years’ experience – TAU
We are seeking an experienced Property Finance Legal Executive to join our client’s busy Tauranga practice.
The opportunity
Our client is a busy full-service law firm with offices in Tauranga, offering high quality work, great clients, an excellent working environment and well-rounded benefits.
As a Legal Executive you will be part of a high-performing and supportive team, and will have the opportunity to work across an array of advisory and transactional matters including due diligence, land acquisition, structuring, pre-sale agreements, leasing, disposals, development funding, subdivisions, asset protection and general commercial and residential conveyancing.
About you
Our client is looking for:
- A qualified Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience
- Knowledge of mortgages, financing and securities
- Property and conveyancing experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on client care
- Strong analytical, communication and transaction management skills
- A conscientious approach to work, and a friendly and approachable nature
