People & Culture Advisor – 12-Month Fixed-Term | Tauranga

I'm recruiting for a fantastic fixed term People & Culture Advisor opportunity based in beautiful Tauranga!

We’re ideally looking for someone with at least 3 years of HR advisory experience, or we would consider a strong P&C coordinator ready to step up and grow their skills. This is a varied role that will see you providing HR advice, resolving ER issues, managing graduate recruitment and supporting the monthly payroll.

You'll be IT systems savvy, and ideally had some exposure to payroll. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or/and related field.  In return you'll be part of a supportive, professional and collaborative team, and a competitive salary.
