They currently seek a junior to mid-level Commercial Property Lawyer to join their supportive team working on a diverse range of matters.

You will enjoy building relationships with quality clients, such as landlords, key New Zealand industries, SMEs, and large corporates. You will have the opportunity to work across challenging advisory and transactional business matters in the rural land, construction, and energy sectors, as well as on property development projects. With a wide range of mahi on offer, you will build a strong repertoire across both business and commercial property law. Supported by a small team of experts within a large well-resourced practice, you will be encouraged to grow and thrive in your legal career with on-going professional development.

About You

• A NZ qualified solicitor with ideally 2-7+ years' experience 
• Ideally some previous experience in commercial property law within private practice
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client care approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
