We are currently seeking an Intermediate Accountant and a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic and growing team based in Rotorua. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of medium-sized clients and contribute to impactful, high-level projects.

  • Work on a broad spectrum of projects, from routine tasks to complex decision-making processes.
  • Manage a client base with autonomy.
  • Provide comprehensive accounting services.
  • Offer strategic advice and insights to clients.
  • Supporting clients to help them to make informed and effective financial decisions.

 

Ko wai koe | About you

  • Intermediate Accountant or Senior Accountant with a strong technical accounting background.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic financial advice.
  • Genuine interest in the Māori economy and understanding of tikanga Māori.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your client portfolio.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a close-knit team.
