He Angitūtanga | The opportunity
We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. You’ll be responsible for picking up rangatahi from their homes across the rohe each morning and returning them at the end of the day. You’ll also be responsible for minor maintenance, taking the vehicle for servicing, WOFs, cleaning the van, and ensuring it is kept in excellent condition.
He kōrero mōu | About you
You are punctual, responsible, and have a genuine care for the safety and wellbeing of rangatahi. You have a clean, full driver’s licence and experience driving safely on local roads.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence
- Excellent driving record and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills and a friendly manner
- Able to manage basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate servicing/WOFs
- Lives locally on the Kāpiti Coast
Ngā hāora me te utu | Hours and remuneration
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with potential to extend. The hours are 30 hours per week across two shifts per day and would ideally suit someone who lives locally on the Kāpiti Coast. The salary is $70,000 pro-rated to 0.75 FTE ($52,500) plus Kiwisaver.
