This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys delivery, accountability and well-run processes. Alongside driving high-quality talent acquisition, you’ll get involved in employer brand, learning, capability and culture projects, building broader experience across the People & Culture ecosystem.

About the role | Mō te tūranga

You’ll coordinate and deliver recruitment and onboarding across the employee lifecycle, including advertising, candidate management, interview scheduling and offer documentation. Your focus is on delivering smooth, reliable, high-quality processes with clear communication, consistent documentation and strong follow‑through.

Working closely with both the Advisory and People Operations teams, you’ll sit between these functions to ensure recruitment and related talent activity is delivered professionally, efficiently and in line with organisational standards, controls and EVP. You’ll also support employer brand, capability and culture initiatives that uplift the overall people experience.

Experience | Ngā wheako matua

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in‑house (3 years+)

• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple processes at pace.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and senior business leaders.

• Experience with ATS/HR systems and producing clean, compliant recruitment documentation.

• Comfortable in a regulated, process‑driven environment 

• Positive, service‑oriented communicator with strong follow‑through.
