You’ll provide expert advice, assess compliance with established guidelines, and work alongside stakeholders to resolve issues that safeguard public interests. Your ability to communicate effectively, draft precise documentation, and collaborate with colleagues will be key to your success.

• Review and manage cases to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Communicate effectively with professionals and stakeholders to resolve queries and concerns
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals
• Present findings and provide recommendations to support decision-making processes

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong business writing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent verbal communication and skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in case management, regulatory roles, or the health sector is highly regarded
• Familiarity with navigating legislation (e.g., health-related frameworks) is a plus, but not essential
