Your ability to communicate effectively, draft precise documentation, and collaborate with colleagues will be key to your success.
- Review and manage cases to ensure compliance with professional standards
- Communicate effectively with professionals and stakeholders to resolve queries and concerns
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals
- Present findings and provide recommendations to support decision-making processes

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong business writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal communication and skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in case management, regulatory roles, or the health sector is highly regarded
- Familiarity with navigating legislation (e.g., health-related frameworks) is a plus, but not essential
