Reporting and Remuneration Specialist

Are you a collaborative, dynamic professional looking to join a fun team of passionate HR specialists? Based in Wellington, you’ll be part of a values-led, purpose-driven organisation, driving strategic people initiatives and delivering insights that support organisational success. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll play a key role in HR analytics and remuneration strategy, helping shape fair and effective people practices.

Mō te tūranga | About the role

  • Develop and refresh reporting templates for regular HR reports
  • Create dashboards and insightful commentary for management and board reports, adjusting based on feedback
  • Evaluate position descriptions and investigate market data for remuneration recommendations
  • Manage aspects of the annual remuneration review, including collaboration with Finance and the Senior Leadership Team
  • Lead and support projects related to remuneration frameworks
  • Present workforce insights to senior leadership, including DEI metrics
  • Support HRIS project implementation and annual salary review processes

Ko koe tēnei | About you

To succeed in this role you will bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in data analytics or HR reporting
  • Proven knowledge of remuneration frameworks, benchmarking, and job evaluation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Advanced reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, HRIS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
