Reporting and Remuneration Specialist

Based in Wellington, you’ll be part of a values-led, purpose-driven organisation, driving strategic people initiatives and delivering insights that support organisational success. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll play a key role in HR analytics and remuneration strategy, helping shape fair and effective people practices.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
- Develop and refresh reporting templates for regular HR reports
 - Create dashboards and insightful commentary for management and board reports, adjusting based on feedback
 - Evaluate position descriptions and investigate market data for remuneration recommendations
 - Manage aspects of the annual remuneration review, including collaboration with Finance and the Senior Leadership Team
 - Lead and support projects related to remuneration frameworks
 - Present workforce insights to senior leadership, including DEI metrics
 - Support HRIS project implementation and annual salary review processes
 
Ko koe tēnei | About you
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics or HR reporting
 - Proven knowledge of remuneration frameworks, benchmarking, and job evaluation
 - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
 - Advanced reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, HRIS)
 - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
