The Opportunity

Our client is a high-quality full-service legal practice in sunny Tauranga, and they seek a dedicated Relationship Property Solicitor to join their friendly and professional team that puts people first.

They are seeking a Solicitor who can bring some experience in both transactional (e.g., pre/post relationship contracting out Agreements) and contentious (e.g., Family and High Court proceedings, settlement conferences, and defended hearings) relationship property matters.

What makes this role really stand out is the wide range of work on offer in addition to the relationship property matters; such as, Estates disputes including Family Protection/Testamentary promises matters, PPPR Act applications, and contentious Trust matters. About You

The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent care for their clients and building professional relationships.

Ideally, you will be:

• A NZ qualified lawyer with 1-3+ years’ PQE from another private practice.
• Prior experience in relationship property is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
