About the role
You will support the coordination, design and delivery of a research programme that draws together data, intelligence and evidence from multiple sources. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external research providers to generate insights, identify emerging risks and trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable advice.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, commission and deliver quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys
- Analyse datasets and research findings to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Prepare clear, high‑quality reports, briefings and presentations for diverse audiences
- Provide evidence‑based advice to support decision‑making and priority setting
- Coordinate external research providers to ensure delivery on time and within scope
- Contribute to research planning, work programmes and reporting cycles
You will bring:
- At least two years’ research experience
- Demonstrated experience analysing data and translating insights into practical recommendations
- Ability to translate complex and technical information into information easily understood by non-technical staff.
- High numeracy and analytical capability
- Confidence working across an organisation and with external providers
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- A relevant tertiary qualification
